Hormozgan province has some outstanding points including enjoying more than 2,300 kilometers of the maritime border, as well as proximity with the large industries of the province as well as supporting other country’s manufacturing industries, connection to the international railway network, as well as air, and historic Silk Road, and benefit from the appropriate infrastructures, by these, the port has the largest role in the transportation industry of the country, currently, it trades exchange with the most of famous ports of the world through the world's leading container lines.

A large part of the missions of Shahid Rajaei port depends on the proper operation of the equipment of this port in onshore & offshore. The availability and reliability of equipment, such as gantry cranes, transistors, vacuum cleaners, tow trucks, dredgers, etc, have a significant impact on reducing unloading and loading costs in ports and ensure optimal and stable port performance.

ITCEN Co. as the earliest management, maintenance and equipment consultant in the Ports and Maritime Organization, in 2019, made a contract entitled "Planning and supervising on the implementation of maintenance, repairs, operation and support for the purchase of parts and equipment, as well as designing, implementation, collection and compilation of technical information, implementation and support of Computerized Maintenance System (CMMS)" with the organization in which Itcen took responsibility for excellent supervision on maintenance and repair of offshore equipment in Rajai Port.

 

Service Description:

- Planning, monitoring and supervision of maintenance, repair and operation of onshore and port equipment.

- supervising on the performance of contractors (continuous and periodic evaluation of their performance).

- Consulting and monitoring the optimal implementation of Condition-Based Maintenance (CBM).

- Supervising on all stages of implementation of Preventive Maintenance (PM) programs.

- Providing a suitable platform for the implementation of maintenance and asset management standards such as ISO 14224 and ISO 55000.
