Urban Train Organization of Mashhad has selected ITCEN Co. as its consultant to upgrade its maintenance and repair system.

Service description:

In this regard, ITCEN Co. is responsible for providing consulting services as follows:

sensitivity analysis on equipment.

Investigate and implement RCM method on ten critical devices.

Evaluating and implement current practice review (CPR) on all equipment.

Feasibility study and preparation of a roadmap for the implementation of condition-based monitoring (CBM) on related equipment.

Preparing an instructor for Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA).

Preparing an instructor for Risk-based inspection (RBI) and perform it on a piece of equipment.

Preparing an instructor for life cycle cost analysis (LCC)  and perform it on three pieces of equipment.
