Project Introduction

Shiraz Metro was officially inaugurated on October 11, 2014. Phase 1 of a metro line will reach the city center from the northwest of Shiraz. Shiraz Metro is the third metro opened in the country after Tehran and Mashhad. The line is 24.5 km long and has the potential to transport 10,000 people per hour. The line also has 19 underground stations and one level station.

This project was conducted in the following contract:

- Performing engineering services of the third stage of this project (supervision and workshop services), supplementary operations of Ehsan station and side rail of Shiraz urban train open area.

- Consulting services related to the design of the central depot of Shiraz urban train and industrial technology and equipment required for the central repair shop and Ehsan untypical station.

- Consulting services related to the design of the central depot of Shiraz urban train and industrial technology and equipment required for the repair shop and buildings of the central depot and Ehsan station and the development of the operation system.
