Service description:
- Collecting and updating technical data and documents of on-shore equipment of Imam Khomeini port for entering data and using the CMMS.
- Consulting in the selection and implementation of CMMS in the onshore equipment department.
- Supervising the providing of physical and electronic technical archives in the on-shore Equipment Director.
- Assessing the status of physical asset management.
- Providing a roadmap for managing physical assets separately for the subordinate departments of the Technical and Maintenance Department.
- Collaboration with the organization in implementing a physical asset management system based on the Excellence Roadmap.
- Holding numerous training courses related to management and technical issues.
- Consultation on updating and optimizing the preventive maintenance (PM) system in affiliated offices.
- Regular audit of the maintenance system.
- Collaboration with the organization regarding the preparation of tender documents and auctions for the management, maintenance and repair of equipment.
- Collaboration with the organization in preparing and compiling instructions and executive methods of maintenance systems in accordance with IMS standards.
