Project Introduction

Potash Industrial Complex is the largest potash mining plant in the Middle East. It has a mineral area of 2,000 square kilometers located in Isfahan province, Khorobiabank city. This complex with an annual production capacity of 50,000 tons of potassium chloride as chemical fertilizer, 300,000 tons of NaCl and 30,000 tons of magnesium hydroxide has been exploited from the salt desert mines of the central desert of Iran. All stages of engineering design of this complex, including process, equipment and machinery and construction of evaporative pools, have been done by ITCEN Co. in cooperation with German companies K-utec and C.A.C.

The subject of this project is technology engineering consulting services and control of chlorine, potassium, magnesium hydroxide and NaCl production projects located in Khorobiabank.
