Project Introduction
This project is being implemented in the form of two contracts since 2018.
It should be noted that this project is carried out by the Tehran City Beautification Organization and the rest is being carried out by the Tehran City Transport and Traffic Organization.
Service Description:
- supervision on the maintenance and the performance of contractors of 30 mechanized pedestrian bridges in the city of Tehran, which was done in 1397 and ended.
- Providing tender documents and technical specifications for the purchase of parts and escalators with a volume of 30 billion Rials in one stage and 50 billion Rials in the next stage.
- Supervising the service and maintenance of escalators Mechanized bridges according to standard checklists and submitting the relevant report to the employer.
- Providing instructions to contractors for parts replacement.
Second Phaze:
- Providing tender documents and technical specifications for the selection of service and maintenance contractors for 125 mechanized pedestrian bridges in Tehran with a value of 370 billion Rials.
- Supervision on the maintenance and the performance of contractors of 125 mechanized pedestrian bridges in the city of Tehran, which began in 2020 and continues.
- Providing instructions to contractors for parts replacement.
- Providing weekly, monthly, seasonal, annual checklists and relevant reports for the employer.
- Providing tender documents and technical specifications for the purchase of parts and escalators with a volume of 400 billion Rials.
- Supervising the preparation of parts and recognizing their authenticity, as well as supervising their delivery to the client's warehouse.
