ITCEN Co. is proud of more than forty years of experience in design, supervision and engineering consulting in various industrial and public service sectors. Our company has worked with the Ports and Maritime Organization for more than thirty years as a selected consultant on numerous projects. Given that, one of these projects is consulting services for physical assets management systems developing excellency roadmap based on ISO 55000. During this project, the status of physical assets management of 11 major ports of the country based on the conceptual model of "Institute of Physical Assets Management (IAM)" as one of the most reliable authorities in this field, was evaluated and based on the results, the roadmap for establishing the organization's physical asset management system was developed. PMO has always been considered as a leading organization in the indigenization and application of new management methods in Iran, including the use of computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS), outsourcing of equipment management and etc.
