Project introduction

ITCEN Co. has been in charge of supervision over the operation and maintenance of buildings, facilities, and equipment of Arvand Free Zone from 1396 to 1398 as a selected consultant. 

Service description:

- Performing consulting services for supervision on operation, maintenance and repairs activities of green space and services of Arvand Free Zone Organization.

- PM  (Preventive Maintenance) system management.

- Supervision over all executive activities of contractors.

- Investigating the condition of facilities, buildings and green space.

- Updating and upgrading the necessary instructions for the proper operation of facilities, buildings and green space.

- Examining and approving the status of contractors.

- Monitoring the request to purchase parts and repairs and defective parts replacement.

- Investigating the status of purchasing, service, cleaning and green space.

- Preparing checklists and necessary reporting forms for equipment and buildings.
