This department is one of the principal organs of ITCEN Co. and has many responsibilities including project cost estimation, the provision of referral documents to contractors, manufacturers, and qualified suppliers as well as administration of projects statement.

- Project cost and volume estimation.
- Preparation of tender documents (inquiry) and cooperation with the employer in selecting qualified contractors and suppliers.
- Preparation of the draft contract after appointing competent contractors and suppliers.
- Supervision - assessing the status and invoices of contractors and suppliers.
- Supervision - handling contractual claims of contractors and suppliers during project execution.
- Supervision - assessing the final status and final invoice of contractors and suppliers.
