Technology Department is responsible for planning industrial plants and sits, adaptation and ‎implementation of the latest technology, and designing producing processes and industrial services. ‎Relying on educated specialists in this department, the process of design of an industrial unit ‎‎(asset) starts from this department and finally is ended with delivery of process equipment.‎

In general, based on Systematic Layout Planning Methodology (SLP), this group designs industrial plants in accordance with international technical standards and GMP principles as follows:

Fields of Activities

  • Investigating and calculating required spaces for each activity of the project.
  • Allocating the required space for activities and providing their technology requirements.
  • Determining the work diagram of the process by including spaces and determining the relationship matrix of spaces in the design.
  • Examining the limitations arising from the requirements of the employer and integrate them with the standard requirements.
  • Providing layout for machinery and production equipment and allocating technical ‎structure on the site. ‎
  • Reviewing studies and providing design technologies report.
  • Providing technical specifications of production machinery.
  • Providing engineering services for the purchase of equipment and production machinery.
