The architecture group benefits from accomplished specialists in the field of architectural design and industrial architecture. During various projects, the department has gained valuable experiences through collaboration with other industrial design disciplines such as Basic Engineering and Technology, Special facilities and general facilities of buildings and structures, Civil design of special buildings with functions based on special utilization.
Fields of Activities
- Embody the complex and systematic mechanism specific to each production or inspection and repair process.
- Designing of different spaces based on various technologies of different projects, including special production equipment, machinery, and vehicles for transporting and moving goods
- Creating physical cohesion in order to be more productive in line with the strategy of utilizing industrial complexes in the field of production salons, warehouse of raw material, products, repairs, inspections, etc.
- Primary studies the geographical location of the project, climatic factors, analysis of environmental conditions effects on the operation process ( including the amount and type of precipitation, air temperature, the direction of prevailing and seasonal winds, sunlight direction), and optimization to the proper use of environmental factors.
- Determining the layout of technical structures and facilities structures in the most appropriate way of establishing communication between the components of an industrial complex based on the specific characteristics of the project land.
- Designing of accesses, inputs, implementation of protocols and special requirements of various standards for different industries in the layout plan and location of industrial sites and construction areas.
- Designing and determining the relationships between the main building spots in the whole complex up to joinery based on the required standards of each project.
- Designing managerial, office and logistic buildings in industrial and non-industrial sites.
- Advancing projects based on the latest software in the world to minimize intervention and various interfaces of architectural, structural, special and general facilities/equipment of buildings, various industrial and office salons by using BIM design methods and Revit software.
