Structures and Civil Engineering Department, relying on its experienced experts, plays an important role in advancing the goals of various industrial projects. According to the architectural plan and technology (workflow forecasting), this group determines the structural pattern of the building in terms of replacing structural elements such as beams, columns, joints, braces and etc. The main factors that are crucial in designing the structure and determining the material of the load-bearing structure of the building are:
- Loads on the bearing system, which are determined in relation to the type of operation and location of the building.
- Materials that will be used in the construction of the structure. Possibility of supplying these materials and their quality.
- Technical characteristics of soil and geotechnical of land under the building.
- Common executive methods in Iran and the region.
- Climatic characteristics of the site in terms of the difference between the minimum and maximum temperature, wind speed and amount of snowfall.
- implementation and monitoring methods of the administration and quality control of executive operations.
In order to perform structural analysis and design, a variety of related software such as SAP, ETABS, SAFE and ABAQUS are used. and finally, after performing the desired designs, the relevant reports and executive plans are prepared.
After designing the area of the complex according to the architectural and technology plan and determining the workflow and operation of the complex on the site, the required executive levels according to the requirements of the project and the optimization of terrestrial operations volumes, requirements for access routes of different parts of site and surface water collection systems are identified. Also, the connections and routes of facilities channels and utilities are established with the relevant working departments, and the necessary checks are made on their accuracy and implementation.
Once providing the executive plans and starting the construction operations of the project, the Structures and Civil Department is one of the first working groups that provide supervision services and this department also makes the plan and takes action to meet the needs during the project implementation, preparation of instructions, as well as control and supervision over the executive operations, which must be in accordance with the plans and executive instructions.
