Mr. Tirehkar graduated from the University of Science and Technology in 1997 with a degree in Civil Engineering. From 2005 to 2017, he was the Head of the Contract & Assistance Department. Since 1397, he has been the CEO of ITCEN Co.

Mr. Aeinechian was born in 1315 in the city of Mashhad. He received his master's degree in Mechanical Engineering in 1341 from the Polytechnic University (Amirkabir University of Technology) and completed his postgraduate studies in Workforce Planning and Human Resources in Italy. During his nearly fifty years of service, he has held various executive responsibilities, including teaching at the Tehran Polytechnic University in the Department of Basic Sciences, General Manager of Technical and Vocational Training at the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs, counselor at the Ministry of Social Welfare, counselor and deputy of the Ministry of Health and Welfare, the Deputy Minister of Planning and the Ministry of Roads and Transportation and other responsibilities.
From his 38 years of presence in the company of ITCEN Co., it can be mentioned the establishment of ITCEN company in 1977 and after that 18 years of activity as the CEO and Chairman of the Board.

The late Mr. Salmanzadeh graduated with a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Amirkabir University of Technology in 1340. From 1983 to 2010, he was the CEO of the ITCEN Co. and since then he has held the positions of Vice-Chairman, Chairman of the Board and Advisor to the CEO in this consulting engineering company‎.

Mr. Rahnamaei graduated from Sharif University of Technology in 1978 with a degree in Electrical Engineering - Power and Control. From 1983 to 2010, he worked as the Deputy Chairman of the Board and Head of the Electrical and Instrumentation Department. From 2010 to 2016, he was Chief Executive Officer of the company and now he is the Chairman of the Board of Directors of this consulting engineering company‎.
