Mehr Hashtgerd Housing Complex
The construction of Mehr Hashtgerd Housing began in 2008 in the new city of Hashtgerd, which is now known as Mahestan. According to the designed plan, this complex includes 41,000 residential units under the Mehr Hashtgerd Housing Project. The construction of the Mehr Hashtgerd Housing units was undertaken by mass-production companies, including ITCEN Company, and was supervised by the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development, and managed by the Hashtgerd New City Development Company.

Studies, design of the first and second phases, senior supervision, and on-site supervision of the construction project of the 520-unit Mehr Hashtgerd housing complex, commissioned by Istapay Company. The project was initiated in 2017 as part of the company's expansion into large-scale construction projects and was completed according to the planned schedule.
