ITCEN Engineering Group was established in 1977 as the first industrial consulting engineering company in the private sector of Iran. Our success over nearly half a century has stemmed from our ability to accurately understand and analyze the future needs of industries, recognize current global technologies, and propose suitable ideas. Our mission has always been to transfer necessary technical knowledge and technology to the country, localizing it for the design, implementation, operation, and maintenance of projects and industries. Leadership Legacy

Ali Aineh-Chian

Founder & CEO (1977 - 1995)

Mr. Ali Aineh-Chian, the founder of the ITCEN Company, who served as CEO for 22 years (from 1977 to 1995), holds a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Tehran Polytechnic (graduated in 1957). He also completed studies in Manpower Planning at the University of Rome, Italy, on a government scholarship. Throughout his career, he held various high-level positions, including Deputy for Planning and Development at the Ministry of Roads and Transportation; Deputy Minister of Health and Welfare (Welfare Affairs); Advisor to the Minister regarding the coordination of welfare institutions at the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs; and Director General of the National Technical and Vocational Training Organization.

Mohammad Sadegh Salman-Zadeh

CEO (1995 - 2011)

Mr. Mohammad Sadegh Salman-Zadeh, who served as CEO of the ITCEN Engineering Group from 1995 to 2011, held a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Tehran Polytechnic (graduated in 1957) and served as the CEO of the Tehran Urban Renovation Organization for 23 years.

Mohammad Hossein Rahnamaei

CEO (2011 - 2018)

Mr. Mohammad Hossein Rahnamaei, who served as CEO of the ITCEN Engineering Group from 2011 to 2018, holds a degree in Electrical Engineering (Power and Control) from Sharif University of Technology (graduated in 1978) and has worked in roles such as Chairman of the Board and Manager of Maintenance and Repair Projects.

Amir-Masoud Tireh-Kar

CEO (2018 - 2021)

Mr. Amir-Masoud Tireh-Kar, who served as the CEO of ITCEN Engineering Group from 2018 to 2021, holds a degree in Civil Engineering from Iran University of Science and Technology and has worked in roles involving contract administration, project measurement, and cost estimation.

Behnam Goudarzi

CEO (2022)

Mr. Behnam Goudarzi, who served as the CEO of ITCEN Engineering Group in 2022, holds a degree in Industrial Management from Islamic Azad University and has worked in project management and planning within the industrial and petrochemical sectors.

Amir-Abbas Eftekhari

CEO (2023 - 2025)

Mr. Amir-Abbas Eftekhari, who served as the CEO of ITCEN Engineering Group from 2023 to 2025, holds a Master’s degree in Executive Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Iran University of Science and Technology, and has worked in technical, engineering, and planning management roles.
