The study, review, and compilation of service descriptions and guidelines for the design of urban and suburban train depots and parking lots was carried out for the first time in the country as a design standard for all urban train depots in the country, commissioned by the National Planning and Budget Organization in 2018, by the efforts of professional engineers from ITCEN Company, with the aim of standardizing and transferring the valuable lessons learned by this group to the country's rail transportation industry activists.
